App12 and App14 Server Performance
CompletedUsers on App12 and App14 have been reporting intermittent performance issues during the last few weeks. We apologize for the inconvenience that this may have caused.
While the majority of the issues seems to be around areas like running reports, opening staff schedules, updating project schedules, and billing transactions, we believe that the root causes may lie in a combination of server-side processes impeding the server performance.
Our engineering team have made adjustments and are continuing to fine tune these server-side processes to improve the performance stability on these affected servers.
We will continue to monitor and optimize the server performance on app12, app14 as well as all the other servers.
