LABS - Inline Text Editor

NOTE: As of the September update, this feature is currently in Labs for you to enable and test. Please message your Account Manager with any questions or feedback.
We have enhanced the Text Area fields across various parts of the system. This allows for greater control of the look of your text, along with more compatibility across browsers. And includes better support for images and pasting text from other applications.

Formatting of the text should hold true when emailed or printed.
NOTE: Typically in CHROME/Google Gmail, you will see the message, "Display images below or Always display images". One or the other choice will need to be clicked before images will be shown.
Cut and paste formatting from different applications should paste in properly.
NOTE: Depending on your OS and the application you are copying from you may need to use "Paste and Match Style".

Access The Formatting Options
Click on the Blue Square with the Underline A in it.
Then the additional formatting options will appear.
Inline Options
Images
You can now drag and drop image(s) into the Conversation form.
Or use the + sign in the option to add an image where your cursor is.
NOTES:
- Currently only supported in Project Conversations (a future monthly release will push into the Sales Notes/Emails).
- Inline images are stored as attachments.
Snippet
A snippet is a brief piece of text that is displayed differently from the standard body of text in the paragraph. It could be used to highlight or bring attention to something.
Code - refers to any syntax or markup that may be used in a particular programming language. For example javascript, html, python etc. Using code will maintain it's syntactical formatting.
Quote - is used to highlight a particular phrase or statement made by someone else
Preformat - lets you maintain and display the original line breaks and spacing that you inserted into the text. NOTE: this only applies to standard text and not images.
Table
Add a Table to the form. In which you can populate each cell and format them as needed.
Link
This refers to hyperlinks that a user can click on to open a new webpage.
Maximize
Opens the edit window to a larger screen mode for better visibility.

Shows the compatible and available True Type Fonts you are able to apply to your text.

You can also use the keyboard hot key of (Ctrl+ B).
