Parent and Child Clients
You can establish a billing or reporting hierarchy of your clients based on specific needs.
For example, if you need to send invoices to two different addresses and/or have two different contacts, based on some kind of division within the client. Then using a parent and two child clients can help make this process more streamlined.
See the Parent Clients guide for more info.
Markups
You can establish Markups for Labor and/or Expenses in a variety of ways to then Invoice your Clients.
The first step is to determine where you want Markups to originate from. Such as Rate Sheets or a flat rate from the project, for example.
For labor, see the Get Labor Rate From guide for more info.
For expenses, see the Get Markup From guide for more info.
Client Credit Card Processioning
With the help of some third party features, you can email invoices to your clients for them to pay online.
See the Client Credit Card Processing guide for more info.
Projects
Once you have a Client setup in your system, you can then start creating Projects for them.
See the New Project guide to begin.

Once you have Project created, you can then bill those projects on Client Invoices.
See the Billing: Overview guide for the many ways to Bill out of Workamajig.
