Using estimates from project templates [in-depth guide]
There is a process where you can store multiple pre-built estimates on your project templates, and then when you create a new opportunity or project, you can use one of these estimates to then apply to your new project.
If the schedule is the same regardless of the hours allocated, then for example you can create a high, medium, and low bid estimate(s) as part of your project template.
Then, based on what the needs are, or what the client is willing to spend, you can choose the appropriate estimate and modify it slightly if needed.
Once approved, you can then use the Auto-assign function to apply the hours, services, and people to each assignment.
