From the Activity Listing screen, you are able to view all of the activities in the system. It is recommended that your company defines a few Subjects related to the Project and Sales, to ease the search for the activity across the system. Ex. A project activity may be a Sent Proposal. In this case, I can create a listing that would show me all of the Sent Proposal activities, who created them, and when they were completed.
Menu > Salesperson > Today Sales
If you are looking for a printable list of the activities assigned to you or others, it is best to use the Activities Listing. Go to menu > salesperson for the entire library of Activities you have access to view. From the left side panel, you can modify and narrow down your search. When you are ready to print, you can select either PDF or Excel from the top left corner of the listing. This listing is also a good resource to turn to when searching for an Activity from the past, especially, if you cannot remember what records the activity was linked to. Take note of the standard listing options already available to you here, by scrolling through the dropdown menu at the top-middle portion of the Activities listing.
NOTE: You can also create your own custom report views of this data as well.
The quickest and best way to keep track of the activities assigned to you, is to use your desktop widget called “My Activities”. The My Activities widget will display the non-completed activities assigned to you in a selected order based upon Activity Date. You can open the activities right from the desktop widget to complete them. You can also create new activities from here, by using the icon at the upper left corner of the widget.
