View project budget drilldowns in summary or detail (by Project, Task, or Item) against the actuals.
How it works
- The purpose of the project budget analysis report and the approved budget page for a project is to allow a manager to view a project in summary or detail (by Project, Task, or Item) against the current budget. On these reports there are several common columns that are used. Users can select the columns they want to view and store these as memorized reports. One main difference between the budget analysis and the profitability reports is that unapproved transactions are shown. The report can be run using all transactions (faster) or using a specific date range (slower). All transactions are selected based on transaction date, not posting date and include approved and unapproved transactions. If the report takes too long to run, select search criteria on the Search Options panel to limit the number of projects being processed.
