This is where you create a grouping of fields that are used based on which group you first select in the order.
Purchase order types, field groups and line customizations allow you to customize the look and layout of information contained on purchase & media orders. Different types of orders allow additional information to be entered into the order. Using the purchase order type you can include different sets of custom fields at the header of the order and on each line item.
Once you define field groups, you then add custom line fields, then click a Field group to add to the layout for that group. You can then assign the custom line fields based on order type.
This applies to all orders (purchase, insertion and broadcast) in Workamajig.
Add order line field groups
Click the Plus sign + from the top to add a new line field group.
From here, you click on a group to then add line fields.
With a group definition open, you can then add more available fields.
Then drag and drop the desired fields into that groups layout.
