This section contains a list of calendars associated with the various resources you need to schedule, Ex. conference rooms and OHPs.
Resources act as attendees when adding them to a meeting in the calendar. You can create a resource for a variety of purposes.
One example may be to create a resource for a conference room and to give all users access to view that resource in their personal calendar view. Once you do so, users can book that room for a specific time slot and other users can see that resource's current availability.
For example, a resource is added to a calendar event via the Attendees tab (see Create a new meeting).
Click to add a Calendar Resource.
Resource Name - Enter a label that everyone will see for your Calendar Resource.
NOTE: The Display Order is locked. Keep this in consideration if adding calendar resources in the future.
