Guide contents: Navigation | Menu setup | Adding items & folders | Copy custom menus | Delete custom menus | Example
Menu > Admin/manager > System setup > Account information > Custom menu setup
This feature allows you to create a custom menu per security group. Doing so will then become their default menu. However, users can always click Show all apps in the lower right of the menu to see all the sections they have access to by the default roles menu.
NOTE: While you can edit the names of the buttons, the page it opens retains the original name.
The security groups are listed on the left and have no custom menus by default.
To start, highlight which group to customize, then click on the plus sign to start adding menu items.
Adding items & folders
You can add items or folders from the item list and choose the order in which they appear.
Folders can be given custom names and icons.
Copy custom menus
You can also copy a custom menu from one group into another.
First, highlight the 'group' on the left you want to copy to.
Then click on the Copy button.
Choose the group to copy from.
Your highlighted group will now have the same custom menu as the group you copied from.
Delete custom menus
You can delete individual items by clicking the trash can icon to the right of the custom menu item.

NOTE: If you delete all custom menu items, the system will revert to the default menu for that security group.
