Contact management: Conversation types [in-depth guide]

Menu > Admin > System setup > Contact management > Conversation types
This allows you to create a custom drop-down when using conversations. The main benefit is that you can run reports using this field.
NOTE: Some features may not be available with conversations in projects vs. conversations created outside of projects.
Type name - Enter a label by which your users will choose this type.
Description - Add an internal note on the setup screen about what this type is for.
Active - Yes/No.
Auto roll date - For Conversations created outside of a project, then the 'activity date' will keep pushing out to the next day until completed.
Display color - Choose a color to designate each type.
