Menu > Admin/Manager > System Setup > Account Information > Activation Status
The activation status screen will display information about how many active users are currently in the system and the activation history of each staff member.
NOTE: You will want to review this screen at least once a month to catch any issues before you are billed for extra users and files.
This area displays a list of currently active users. The Tab label will show the total number of activated users in (parenthesis).
The list will show Activated User Name, Date of Activation and the "Activated By:" name.
NOTE: You are billed based on whether the user is active in the system and has a login ID, not based on whether or not they have logged into the system.
This area displays a list of deactivated users. The Tab label will show the total number of deactivated users in (parenthesis).
The list will show Deactivated User Name, Date of Activation; "Activated By:" name, Deactivated Date and "Deactivated By:" name.
Current users will not have a Deactivated Date. If a user/freelancer has been activated and deactivated more than once, the latest date will be displayed.
