What should I do when I cannot Print?
Please check your browser and computer settings and make sure that you do not have any pop-up blockers enabled. Other applications like McAfee, Norton, or Search Bar applications may also have their own separate pop-up blocker settings.
Also, check with your IT department as they have set restrictions on your computer that prevent pop-ups from appearing.
If your organization hosts the Workamajig server locally, then check with your IT folks to ensure your server has SQL Reporting Services installed and running.
What do I do if my printing size/scale is wrong?
Make sure that you do not have any scaling options enabled when printing or have the incorrect paper size selected.
Once you bring the report up to print, on the “Print” screen, try the following:
Under “Print Range” don’t check “Current View” leave it at “All”
Under “Page Handling” change the Page Scaling to “None”
And, then further under “Page Handling” UNCHECK “Auto-Rotate and Center” See Optimize Your Browser: Printing
For Acrobat Reader X and above: set Size Options = Actual Size. There is no "Page Handling" feature.
How do I print Mailing Labels?
- Create a custom report using the Company Contact data set and include fields, i.e., Company Name and Mailing Address fields.
- Run the custom report and output the results to Excel or CSV.
- Use Word or Excel to print to your preferred mailing label format.
Calendar prints in Black and White using Chrome
If using chrome when you click on More > Print from the Calendar, and this produces a black and white printout. Then from the Printer options in Chrome, drop-down the More Settings area and check the box for Background Graphics.
