Go Live Cleanup Training for Agencies (Elective Session)
Let's Clean Up Your Training Data
During the course of training, you have been entering many kinds of transactions to test the system and your workflow. You are now ready to go live in Workamajig, so it is time to clean this training data out of the system.
This guide assumes you have taken everything to the very "end" of the workflow. Skip any step that doesn't apply.

NOTE: This should be performed prior to completing your Accounting and Project Go Live Procedures.
Steps To Cleaning Up The Training Data
These should be done in the order below. This will help prevent errors during the removal process.
1. Account Reconciliation
Open Account Reconcile > click Open Reconcile > click Delete.
- This will release all linked payments, receipts, and Journal Entries.
2. Receipts
Open Receipt > Unpost > select line associated with the invoice > click the X (delete line) icon along the left side of the screen to remove the connection to the receipt > click SAVE > click Delete.
- This will release the linked Client Invoices.
3. Payments
Open Payment > Unpost > select line associated with the voucher > click the X (delete line) icon along the left side of the screen to remove the connection to the voucher > SAVE > click Delete.
- This will release the linked Vendor Invoice/Voucher.
4. Vendor Invoices/Voucher
Open Voucher > Unpost > select the line associated with the order or expense report > click the X (delete line) icon along the left side of the screen to remove the connection to the order > SAVE > click Delete.
- This will release the linked Order, Expense Report, and Client Invoice.
5. Client Invoice
Open Invoice > Unpost > select the line associated with the orders and time entries > click the X (delete line) icon along the left side of the screen to remove the connection to the order > SAVE > click Delete.
- This will release the linked Order, Expense Report, and timesheet entries.
6. Order
Open Order > Unapprove > Delete.
7. Request For Quotes
Open Quote>Click Recall or Reopen>Delete
8. Time Entry
Open Time sheet > Unapprove > Delete.
9. Expense Report
Open Expense Report > Unapprove > Delete.
10. Journal Entry
Open Journal Entry > Unpost > Delete.
11. Estimates
Menu > Project > Estimates > Open Project Estimates > Unapprove > Delete.
12. Activities
Menu >Sales > Activities > Open Activity > Delete.
13. Project
Open Project > Project Setup > Delete.
