How often does Workamajig backup the hosted servers? [FAQ]
We back up our servers hourly and rotate media every 4 hours. A nightly backup is performed each day and stored offsite. This data backup is used in case there is an issue with a particular server. There is no way for us to restore information or transactions that you have deleted from your "instance" of Workamajig.
You may also request/purchase a backup of your data. The backup consists of a downloadable file. In order to read this file, you must have an SQL server. For pricing and to request a backup, reach out to billing@workamajig.com
NOTE: We are NOT able to restore just bits of the backup (i.e. project, timesheet, etc), the purpose of these backups is to be able to restore all data in case of a catastrophic failure.
